As the 1975 “Employee of the Year” at his local McDonald’s,
Mark was destined for success. At 16, he was inspired by Canadian grocery-store
magnate Sam Steinberg, who said that “…work should be serious
play.” Mark still brings an element of fun into everything he does.
From 1980 to 1984, Mark worked at Zentronics,
a Canadian electronics distributor. He went from warehouse guy to inside
salesman. Mark spent the next 15 years at Avnet, Inc., where he reached
the level of VP of Corporate Communications. Before coming to Actronix,
Mark worked as an advertising consultant in the Phoenix market.
