Rhonda spent most of her early years riding horses, tractors, and motorcyles—and holding her own against her two brothers. Throughout her life she’s done many interesting things, including real estate auctioneering and substitute teaching.

Rhonda’s career in Quality Assurance began when she was selected as a charter member of the first Boeing Wichita/Boeing Renton SWAT. At Boeing, Rhonda gained valuable years of experience in root cause analysis, FFA audit resolutions, and project and risk management. She’s a certified AS9100 auditor, and holds a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certification from the American Society for Quality.
